A builder has asked Jackson Township's zoning board for permission to add 98 homes to a 17.6 acre site on South Hope Chapel Road. It was approved for 148 condominium units in the 1970s, and 28 were built.
Jackson has 39 home lots waiting on hearings
Three major subdivisions sit on the Planning Board's calendar between September and November, together proposing 39 single family lots along with affordable housing units and stormwater basins.
96 residences near a final vote in Little Egg Harbor
Mathistown Commons would put 15 townhouse buildings with 96 residences, 80 market rate and 16 affordable, on a wooded Mathistown Road site. The plan holds preliminary approval and is at the final site plan step.
