How It Works
What happens after you send us a property.
Send the address and anything you already have on the property, such as a survey or a site plan.
We review the location, zoning, utilities, road access and any township approvals.
If it fits what a buyer is looking for, we present it to them and bring any interest back to you.
Once you accept an offer, the buyer checks the land and handles any approvals it needs, then you close on the terms you agreed to.
Property Types
We Review
The kinds that come up most often. Land can be sent as it is, even if it needs a variance.
Buildable Residential Lots
Lots zoned for homes, with or without public water and sewer, including empty lots on built-up streets and lots split from a larger property.
Vacant Acreage
Farmland or rural land that could hold homes, including land on a well and septic system.
Subdivision Opportunities
Larger properties with room for several homes, at any stage of township approval.
Teardown / Rehab Sites
Lots with an older house or building on them. Land is typically bought as-is, and the buyer handles demolition after the sale.
Eight Counties Across
South Jersey
Builders and investors buy land in these counties and nearby.
