Ryan Homes is selling single family homes on one acre and larger homesites at Province Line Estates in North Hanover Township, Burlington County, with finished basements included.
857 homes and apartments planned on Lumberton farmland
D.R. Horton filed its plans a week after Lumberton Township picked the company in August. The Land Development Board reviewed them on September 10, and the township has not posted the meeting minutes or the board's written decision.
A vacated swim club could become six homes
Evesham Township's Planning Board carried two residential subdivisions to its September 17 meeting: six new homes on the old swim club site at 100 Lakeside Drive, and three new lots on Elmwood Road North.
