Two Communities,
Both in Cumberland County
Most new construction here happens lot by lot: a single homesite on an established street, or a parcel in a rural township. Community-scale development is different, and right now there are two of them, both planned for 2027 and both in Cumberland County.
Neither is selling yet. Lot sizes, pricing, and release schedules are still to be announced. The interest list is the only way to hear about pricing, floor plans, and lot selection before either community reaches the public, and joining costs nothing.
A community of approximately 24 homesites in Vineland, offering the Chelsea, Isabella, Lily, and Cooper or Hailey floor plans. Vineland is Cumberland County’s largest city, and Forest Glen is its next single-family community.
Forest Glen Details
Approximately 49 homesites planned for Hopewell Township, which makes it one of the largest new construction communities in the region. It will offer the same four floor plans as Forest Glen. Hopewell is rural, low density, and borders Bridgeton.

Common Questions
Can I buy in either community today?
No. Both Forest Glen and Hopewell Meadows are coming in 2027 and neither has released lots. Pricing and lot selection are still to be announced. What you can do now is join the interest list, which is how buyers hear about both before the public does.
What does joining the interest list commit me to?
Nothing. There is no cost and no obligation. It puts you on the list to be contacted when pricing, floor plans, and lot releases are announced, ahead of public marketing.
What is the difference between the two?
Size and setting. Forest Glen is approximately 24 lots inside Vineland, Cumberland County’s largest city. Hopewell Meadows is roughly twice the size at approximately 49 lots, in a rural township. Both will offer the same four floor plans.
What if I want to build sooner than 2027?
Then a lot-by-lot build is the route. We have homesites accepting interest across Gloucester, Cumberland, Salem, and Atlantic counties right now, and those move on their own timeline rather than waiting for a community release. The Available Homes map shows what is active.
