When you fill out a form on this site, to ask about a home, a community, a floor plan, or selling your land, we receive what you type: usually your name, email address, phone number, and your message.
We use it to respond to you, answer your questions, and help with your home search or land sale. That is the only reason we ask for it.
Information Collected
Automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how people arrive, what kind of device and browser they use, and a general location based on your internet address. This happens through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
This information reaches us as counts and trends, not as a profile of you personally. It helps us see which pages are useful and where the site needs work. Our hosting provider, Netlify, also keeps standard server logs that record page requests.
Cookies and
Your Controls
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. On this site they power the analytics described above and remember small preferences, such as dismissing our cookie notice.
You are in control of cookies:
- Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings
- Google offers a free browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere

Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals, though the controls above work at any time.
Who Sees
Your Information
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it so other companies can market to you. A small number of service providers handle information on our behalf so the site can work:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and processes form submissions
- Google, which provides our analytics and the fonts the site uses
- Our email delivery service, which sends form notifications to us
Beyond that, we would only share information if the law required it.
Keeping and
Protecting It
The site uses a secure HTTPS connection. We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond and to serve you; if you ask us to delete yours, we will.
Analytics information is kept by Google under its standard retention settings and reaches us only in summary form.

You can ask us at any time what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use any of the contact options below and we will take care of it.
This site is meant for adults searching for homes and land. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
