Soleil, a six-story condo hotel at Ocean Avenue and 11th Street in Ocean City, has a construction permit after more than twenty years on the drawing board. A 391-space garage is built first.
A Marmora site plan asks to remove two affordable units
The Upper Township Planning Board hears an application on September 3 to amend a 2022 approval at 342 US Route 9 South, by removing the condition that required two on-site affordable housing units. Nothing has been decided.
Eight home lots approved in one vote
Lower Township's Planning Board voted 7 to 0 to approve eight lots at 225 Breakwater Road, preliminary and final in one vote: seven for single family homes and one for a duplex.
