They are three communities inside Logan Township with different characters. Bridgeport is the oldest settled area, near the Delaware River and the Turnpike interchange, with tighter established streets. Beckett is a planned suburban residential community on the southern side of the township. Repaupo is rural and agricultural, with larger parcels. A homesite in each one produces a noticeably different result.

Much of the residential area does, which is unusual for Gloucester County outside the boroughs. Where public utilities are available, a new build skips well drilling and septic design entirely, which shortens the timeline. Coverage is not universal, so we confirm it per homesite before contract.

Access is the township’s strongest feature. NJ Turnpike Exit 2 and I-295 both serve it directly, putting Philadelphia roughly 25 to 35 minutes out and Wilmington, Delaware a similar distance over the Delaware Memorial Bridge. The warehouse and distribution corridor along the highways is also a large local employer.
