Ryan Homes is selling single family homes at Province Line Estates in North Hanover Township, Burlington County, on homesites of an acre and larger. The builder's own line is that each home gets a private backyard and that you will not feel cramped next to your neighbors. It also calls this the only new single family home community in the county with homesites that size. That is its claim about its own market rather than ours, and it is worth checking before anyone repeats it.

What is included is the part worth reading twice. A finished basement and a side entry two car garage are standard rather than options, and on some plans a third bay can be added. The plans go up to five bedrooms and four baths, and the county listing puts the largest at nearly four thousand square feet. On a lot this size the side entry garage is not a small detail, because it is what keeps the front of the house from being a garage door.

The builder's page does not list walk in hours, and the tour forms on it say tours are by appointment. Call before you drive out.

An acre is a different kind of purchase from a lot in a neighborhood, and it is worth being honest about both halves. You get room for what a smaller lot cannot hold, and privacy that does not depend on a fence. You also get an acre to maintain, a longer driveway to clear, and in this part of the county a longer drive to most things. Prices and what is available move, and the builder publishes the current ones on its own page. If land is the reason you are looking at new construction at all, that is the conversation to start with.
