The story
Vineland's Zoning Board of Adjustment has a plan for new homes on its October 21 agenda. Brewster 1 SPV, LLC wants to split 811 N. Brewster Road into 21 single-family lots, and is asking the board for a use variance to do it. On the city tax map the property is Block 3301, Lot 56, zoned R-5.
Duncan M. Prime is listed as the attorney for Brewster 1 SPV, LLC. The request is first on the board's agenda that night.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 640 E. Wood Street. The agenda does not say how large the lots would be, what the homes would look like or when building could start. A hearing is not a vote, and the board has not decided on the plan.
The hearing is listed on the board's October 21, 2026 agenda. Plans and approvals can change. Written by Justin Kelly, NJ Real Estate Broker-Salesperson, from the Vineland Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting agenda.
