The project
Phase I of South Pointe at Weatherby on Block 28.04, Lot 7, off Hazel Boulevard, inside the Weatherby community. The Joint Land Use Board granted amended site plan approvals earlier and extended them in 2025, and the township has accepted performance bonds for the phase twice, in May 2025 and again in July 2026. None of the documents read carries a unit count.
