The project
Ordinance 2026-03 replaced the Mixed Use Downtown zone of the Kings Landing Redevelopment Plan with a Mixed Use zone allowing homes at up to 7 units an acre with a 20 percent affordable set aside, and requires the zone as a whole to produce 54 age restricted affordable units.
