The Joint Land Use Board listed the developer's request for an extension of the minor subdivision approval on Block 18, Lot 4.03, together with Resolution 2025-12 granting that extension. The agenda proves the item was scheduled; the adopted resolution itself was not among the documents read.

Three resolutions were on the township committee's agenda: to seek court approval of amendments to the 2021 settlement agreement confirming both phases are built at the same time and that the trust fund money is available, and to enter a second amendment of the developer's agreement with Fair Share Housing Development for the 132 units. The agenda records the county planning board's approval of the 132 unit application as already given, conditioned on two easements.
