The Cape May County MUA presented the proposed shared conveyance project to the commission. It would connect the county landfill between Upper Township and Woodbine, the state's Woodbine Developmental Center and a future centralised Woodbine collection system to the Seven Mile Beach facility, and let Woodbine abandon the never-used treatment plant at its airport.
