West Deptford's Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, filed with the court, describes the golf course site as rezoned to a mixed-use zone under Ordinance 2024-10 with a developer's agreement executed with Kingswood Investment Group, LLC, for 650 total units of which 130 are affordable.

The township's letter to the court enclosing its March 2026 documentation carries the project unchanged at 650 units with 130 affordable, and gives the site address as 850 Kings Highway with about 108 of the 118 acres developable once wetlands and flood hazard area are taken out. The township now claims 62 bonus credits on it where the June 2025 plan said the project was not eligible for any.
