A proposed 100% affordable rental development on the township-owned lot at 1970 Lakewood Road, to be built by Owl Construction, LLC or its related entity, Route 9 Commons, LLC. The township would zone the lot as an affordable housing overlay (MF-16 Multifamily) capped at 135 units.

At a special meeting the council voted 4 to 3 to table the resolution approving the development agreement and an amended mediation agreement with Fair Share Housing Center, and the ordinance creating the overlay zone. Nothing about this project was approved.
