The project
A planned 100% affordable rental community of 22 family apartments (five one-bedroom, eleven two-bedroom, six three-bedroom) on a 2.16-acre former industrial site off Roto Avenue and Public/Hylton Road. The borough will own the land and hand it to a redeveloper; none is named yet.

Land Use Board designated the site an 'area in need of condemnation redevelopment' at its May 28, 2025 meeting. The borough's Fourth Round housing plan names it as the site for 22 affordable family rentals; a redevelopment plan and a redeveloper are the next steps.
