The project
A 435,760 square foot speculative warehouse on about 39.32 acres at Route 130 and Artillery Avenue, the old Camp Pedricktown site, built from four lots consolidated into one. The plans carry 92 truck bays, parking for 121 trucks and 270 car spaces, with separate car and truck entrances off Route 130. The site would run on well and septic, with a low-profile ground tank for fire protection.
