The project
A 400,000 square foot speculative warehouse on about 57 vacant acres off Straughns Mill Road, made up of 20,000 square feet of office and 380,000 square feet of warehouse. The board was told the warehouse is a permitted use there and that the applicant would be asking for a height variance to 65 feet.
