The permits sought are a CAFRA individual permit for residential development other than single family homes or duplexes, a coastal general permit 20, a coastal wetlands individual permit, several freshwater wetlands general permit authorizations including hazardous site investigation and landfill closure, and a freshwater wetlands transition area waiver averaging plan.
