The project
Ordinance 2026-33 amends Chapter 244, Land Use and Development Regulations, to require enhanced visual buffers and standards (addressing noise, air and vehicle emissions, and light trespass) for large warehouse users, and to make distribution centers, fulfillment centers and warehouses of 50,000 sq ft or more a conditional use across several zones, including MUNC/HC Mixed Use Neighborhood Center/Highway Commercial, LM Commercial Office/Light Industrial, JB MDL RGC-3 Joint Base zones and PM-1 Pinelands Manufacturing.
