The environmental commission reviewed the proposal and its chair notified the developer that the submission was incomplete, so it will not go forward for review until an environmental impact statement and a complete stormwater report are provided.

A resolution on the township council's agenda would authorise the mayor and clerk to sign a Treatment Works Approval application to the state Department of Environmental Protection for the same seven parcels, covering a sanitary sewer, a pump station and a force main connecting to existing infrastructure in Whitesville Road. The municipal utilities authority has consented and the township engineer takes no exception. The agenda names the project as a three building warehouse development. This is an agenda item, so the council had not voted on it when this was read.
