The board voted unanimously to calculate density on the 210.8-acre tract rather than the original 283 acres, removing the Phase 2 land that had been sold off and developed as warehouses after a 2019 litigation settlement. At 4 units per acre that puts the proposed 641 apartments over what the tract allows, and the applicant asked to carry the application to 15 July to consider submitting a revised plan that complies.
