An inclusionary residential redevelopment of a 6.4-acre portion of the former Bancroft NeuroHealth school site on Hopkins Lane: 98 housing units, 86 market-rate and 12 affordable family rental, under a May 1, 2025 Redevelopment Agreement. Includes adaptive reuse of two historic structures (the former Stevenson building and a small shed); the balance of the 11-acre site (7 acres west of Hopkins Lane) is reserved for school, open space and other public use.
