The project
A 200,200 square foot cold storage warehouse on 16.54 acres at 1520 Harding Highway, Newfield. The building is drawn at 260 feet by 770 feet with 48 loading docks and office space at either end. The applicant told the board the projected cost is 40 to 60 million dollars.
