The project
Ordinances 0-3-2026 and 0-4-2026 would allow townhouse development with affordable housing built into it on Block 34, Lots 6 to 9, Block 31, Lot 2.01 and Block 58, Lot 2, called Nicholson Corner in the minutes. The board engineer said Ordinance 0-4-2026 requires a 20% affordable set-aside for any development of five or more housing units.
