The project
A 101,600 square foot temperature-controlled warehouse and office building, inclusive of cold storage, on the northbound side of West Cohawkin Road between Friendship Road and Kohana Drive. The plan has 15 loading bays, 15 trailer parking spaces, 90 passenger vehicle spaces, 3 electric vehicle spaces, two aboveground infiltration basins and a 25 foot acoustic barrier wall behind the loading area. The site holds several single-family homes and outbuildings that would be demolished.
