The board deemed the application complete and granted minor subdivision plus amended preliminary and final major site plan approval, nine votes to none, dividing Lot 19 into three lots (19.02, 19.03, 19.04), one for each of the three previously approved warehouse buildings, with a cross-access easement over 19.03 for a shared internal driveway. No change to building sizes, locations, access or parking.
