The project
Seventy affordable apartment units in seven three-story buildings on about 5.16 acres on the west side of West Cohawkin Road, between Friendship Road and the Paulsboro Township line, with a clubhouse, a tot lot, 132 parking spaces and storage for each unit. First-floor units are flats and the second and third floors are townhomes. The site is presently undeveloped and in agricultural use.
