The project
A three-phase amended site plan at 1317 Beach Avenue: an event or banquet center first, then a hotel wing, then site improvements in the parking field at the corner of New Jersey and Pittsburgh Avenues. The beach house comes down in the first phase. The board also approved five permanent pergolas and a planter in the Beach Avenue front yard setback.
