New construction has been our work since 2006. Builders across South Jersey have hired us to list and sell their homes in communities across the region, and we have represented buyers on new builds as well. Together that is more than 150 closings on new homes.
This site is where that work continues. It covers the communities planned next, the homes going up one lot at a time, and the land that builders in our network are looking for.
